We are a caring, inclusive and nurturing school with an open door policy.  We understand that family life does not always run smoothly, and we recognise that sometimes everyone may need a little extra support or help. Our Early Help Offer is about our children and our families getting the right support at the right time to achieve change that we hope can be sustained. We aim to help families to identify any problems quickly and work with them to prevent the problems becoming serious and harmful. 

We are committed to the safeguarding of all our children. We want all our children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), to achieve the best possible outcomes and receive the support they need when they need it most.

We work with our Early Help Coordinator for advice on a wide range of issues as well as signposting families to external support available to them.

Our Family Support Advisor (Mrs Donna Dummelow), our SENCo (Mrs Lauren Bartlett) and our teachers are available to talk to and discuss any issues or problems. 

We can offer support or signpost parents and carers to agencies for a wide range of issues, problems and concerns for example: 

• Bereavement
• Mental Health support
• Housing 
• Debt
• Parenting 
• Family break-ups
